Payment, Cancellations And Reservations

Payment
Rooms must be paid for upon arrival. We can take Visa, MC, Debit, Cash, or INTERAC.

Reservation
1 night deposit must be paid by credit card when making a reservation. You are able to make a reservation up to 1 Year in advanced.

Cancellation/Change Fee
Change: No charge if sufficient notice is given. 2 weeks in high season and 1 week in low. If insufficient notice is given, entire deposit will be forfeit.
Cancellation: $25.00 with sufficient notice: 2 weeks in high season and 1 week in low season. If insufficient notice is given, entire deposit will be forfeit.

Additional Information

Discounts (For groups or packages)
Discounts are available, but must be approved by owner. Please contact us for additional information.

Extra guests charges (In excess of 2 per double bed)
$10/person over 15/night

Limit on number of vehicles
None.

Pets
$10/pet/night. Pets must be kenneled inside at all times and leashed when outside.

Change of Linens/Towels
Towel will be changed every 2 days. Linens may be changed on request.

Smoking
We request that you do not smoke in our cabins. Failure to do this will result in a $200 charge.

Fire Pit
Firewood is supplied, but you may use your own briquettes as well.

Other Charges - Damages and Cleaning
You may be charged extra if following occurs during your stay:
- Damage repairs
- Replacement of missing assets
- Excess cleaning
